A few days ago, I was attending a wedding. Fortunately, it wasn’t mine rather it was one of my childhood friends who was getting hitched to the ties of wedlock. Jokes apart, I really wish both of them a happy and prosperous married life.

Anyway, as I was saying, while I was attending the wedding along with a lot of my friends, whom I was meeting after almost a decade, I couldn’t help but notice how fast we had grown. I mean it seemed like only a week ago, that couple of us, including the groom, were chugging down beer from only one bottle because it was the end of the month, and being freshers in the college we were only left with changes to survive the last few days before our pocket money finally arrive. Time does fly, but what astonished me, was the fact that where did our youth fly?

But in this day of age, where men and women who are equally concerned about the devastating revelation of aging, the big question that remains is, how to stop it? Now, of course, the answer to that question is that you can’t! But how about slowing it down? Ah, now, that is an intriguing dream, right? Well, I thought so too. And that’s why I figured I must come out with an article that may help others in achieving exactly what they desperately desire every time they look into the mirrors.

Looking young is easy! If you think so, then please stop right here, get up, and run out to the nearest mirror you can find and look deeply for as long as you can. So, what do you think now? Why didn’t all those face creams, formulas, moisturizers, fairness gels, facials, sunscreens, and what not, work? Trying to get an answer? Well, the sad truth is that you won’t! Because of three decades of brainwash due to commercialization, you won’t get the answer to your question right away. But I have an answer! Although there are quite a lot of techniques and methods, especially the natural ones, that can be used to achieve that, but I am going to talk about the most popular, natural, and medicinal remedy which has proven to be one of the best on this path of redemption. It is none other than our very own, Turmeric.

This ingredient is regarded highly throughout the methods of Ayurvedic and Chinese medication as a healing herb and a natural anti-ageing agent.
